As would seem logical (being in line with the broad approach taken by the RAC Rally/Rally GB and 1000 Lakes/Rally Finland articles, for example), I have redirected 'Norweigian Rally' (sp?) here, an event which I presume must have been some kind of distant precursor to the current Rally Norway, as the Tom Trana article, for example, records him as having won such an event in the 1960s. Not having kept up my usual WRC anorak standards over the last few years, what with encroaching 'real life' committments, I can't remember whether this is the first time Norway has ever held a WRC round... is it? And regardless of whether it is, are there any specialists out there who can flesh out this article with information on the supposed pre-2006 manifestations of 'Rally Norway'? Was the 'old'/'pre-2006' event, say, a high-coefficient ERC round? MRacer (talk) 21:40, 2 January 2008 (UTC)
