"Ralph Wiggum" is the seventh track of The Bloodhound Gang's 2005 album Hefty Fine. It is comprised almost entirely of quotes from the character Ralph Wiggum from the animated show The Simpsons, except for the chorus "Ralphie, get off the stage sweetheart" which is spoken by Ralph's father Chief Wiggum in the episode "Homer's Enemy", and the bridge "Yvan eht nioj", which was a subliminal message ("join the navy" backwards) placed in a song by the short-lived band that Bart, Milhouse, Nelson and Ralph were involved in in the episode "New Kids on the Blecch".

Although never officially released as a single, there is some dispute as to whether it was a single or not, which would have made it the third single off of Hefty Fine, pushing "No Hard Feelings" to be the fourth single. There is a fan-made video for it circulating around YouTube, which features clips from The Simpsons in which Ralph uttered these quotes and also clips from the video for the single "Foxtrot Uniform Charlie Kilo".

Among the mostly slating reviews of the album as a whole, the song has been mentioned as a positive highlight.[1][2]
