Ralph Pagano came to fame as a competitor on Season 1 of Hell's Kitchen.

Ralph was the runner-up to winner Michael Wray. He was only nominated for elimination once.

Ralph has opened his own restaurant in Sag Harbor, New York called Fat Ralph's Deli, which has since closed. He has appeared on Iron Chef America, where he competed against and lost to Iron Chef Bobby Flay. More recently, he hosts the food/travel reality show "Pressure Cook" on the MOJO HD cable network channel. He is currently shooting the second season of the series.
Currently, Ralph is the chef/culinary director of the Mancini Restaurant Group in Fort Lauderdale, overseeing three restaurants. In addition, Ralph's first book will be published in the spring of 2008 entitled "Will Work for Food" which is a compilation of stories and recipes from his gastronomic world tour.
