Ralph L. Boyce, Jr.

Ralph L. Boyce, Jr. was the Interim United States Ambassador to the Republic of Singapore from 1993 to 1994. He followed Ambassador Jon Huntsman, Jr., who is regarded by the Department of State to be the 10th Ambassador to Singapore. However, the State Department does not count Boyce as the 11th as Interim Ambassadors are not included in their methodology of counting.
