Ralph Furley is the name of a fictional character from the sitcom Three's Company, played by Don Knotts.
Mr. Furley is the landlord of a Santa Monica apartment building that is owned by his brother, Bart, who acquired it from Stanley Roper. It is the home to Jack Tripper, Larry Dallas, Janet Wood and Chrissy Snow (later to Cindy Snow and Terri Alden). Furley fancies himself a "ladies man" and thinks he is God's gift to women, despite the fact he has not had a date in years. He often wears outlandish leisure suits in very loud colors with ascots. For his role as Mr. Furley, Knotts donned a toupee.
[edit] Trivia
Furley appeared in the Family Guy episode The Tan Aquatic with Steve Zissou, walking in on Brian squirting sunscreen onto Stewie, though from his angle it looked like a facial.
Furley also appeared on Stone Cold Crazy, an episode of That 70's Show, as Jackie and Fez's landlord (this was one of Knott's final roles).
