Ralph Alvarez

Ralph Alvarez (born 1955 in Cuba) is a Cuban-American businessman and the current President and COO of McDonald's Corporation.
Prior to becoming President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Alvarez served as President, McDonald's North America. Prior to that, he was President, McDonald's USA and Chief Operations Officer, McDonald's USA.
He graduated from the University of Miami in 1976 with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
