Ralf Falkenmayer (born February 11, 1963 in Frankfurt) is a former German footballer and current manager.

The defensive midfielder played had between 1980 and 1996 385 Bundesliga appearances for Eintracht Frankfurt and Bayer Leverkusen. With Eintracht he won the DFB-Pokal in 1981 and with Bayer Leverkusen the UEFA Cup in 1988.

For the national team he was capped four times between 1984 and 1986. He took part with Germany at the EURO 1984 in France. The team failed to pass the first round.

The skilled pool attendant assistant now works as car salesman in the Frankfurt Rhein-Main Region.
