Ralf Außem

Ralf Außem (born September 1, 1960) is a German footballer.

His Bundesliga debut came on May 24, 1980 against Werder Bremen, though he only played two minutes in his debut performance. He made his name in the eighties with Fortuna Köln.

After having an active career with Köln, he hooked up with colleague Dieter Epstein as a coach of Köln from January 2002 to June 2004.
