Rearranged some material and added some for clarity. Additional revisions needed on historical detail of raked stages. __

I was in the process of editing/developing this page when it was flagged for copyright concerns. I have posted a version to the temp page that shouldn't have such concerns? Apologies for messing up - should've stayed in the sandtray until I'd re-written properly.
