Rakel Surlien

Rakel Surlien (b. 1944) was the Norwegian Minister of Environmental Affairs 1983-1986 during Kåre Willochs second term as prime minister. She represented Centre Party. As of 2006 she is a judge at Borgarting Court of Appeal, one of five Court of Appeals in Norway, covering the area around the capital Oslo.
