Rakasiya

Rakasiya is a very old village in the Gaya district in the Indian state of Bihar. It is approximately 3km from the town of Tekari, towards Nimsar Dam. Rakasiya is on the bank of the Morhar river, and has a population of around 1500. It is well connected by road from Tekari and also has telephone connectivity from the nearest telephone exchange which in turn connects the village to outside world.
