Rajoa is a small village in Dadyal Tehsil, Mirpur District of Azad Kashmir, Lying on the banks of the River Jhelum. Like much of Mirpur, Rajoa has deep ties with the UK. Many people originally from Rajoa have settled in Birmingham and its surrounding areas. In this regard, Rajoa is no different from the rest of Mirpur, where links with the UK have precipitated various property booms since the 1960s.
Village Rajoa is mainly habited by the Rajput clan. Rajoa has many beautiful villas. Many houses are also left empty or looked after by Pathans who have come from Afghanistan or the NWFP, Pakistan. Many expats of the village invest in land and property.
