[edit] Content Moved from Nana-iro Inko

I took the liberty to move the content of Nana-iro Inko to here. Since Rainbow Parakeet is a proper, and recognized, English translation of the Japanese title Nana-iro Inko, I believe it is better for the content to be saved under Rainbow Parakeet instead.
