I've removed the link markers on David Watts' name -- he was being confused with another David Watts, and I believe the only notable thing this one did was invent 'Railway Rivals' so I don't think he needs an article. I've added much detail on how the game is played. I've also edited for style, and to remove both any suggestion that the game was invented in Germany or by Games Workshop, or that its original name was Dampfross.
