Rainydayz Remixes is a remix album by Oakland hip hop producer Amp Live. It uses source material from Radiohead's "In Rainbows" and couples it with rapped verses from Del The Funky Homosapien, Too Short, Chali 2na, MC Zumbi, and Codany Holiday. On his website, Amp Live says that the instrumentation is created entirely from "In Rainbows" samples. "Rainydayz Remixes" gained notoriety due to the response by Warner/Chappell in attempting to halt its distribution, however after some hemming and hawing, it was decided by all parties involved in the disagreement to release the album online for free download.
