[edit] Speedy deletion of Khaja Barookh's House
A tag has been placed on Khaja Barookh's House, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet very basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. -- TomXP411[Talk] 07:22, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] License tagging for Image:Khaneh-Barookh1.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Khaneh-Barookh1.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

[edit] Your articles
I have been watching the articles you're creating on Wikipedia.
As far as I can tell, these do not meet the notability requirements to be included in this encyclopedia. Please read WP:NOTE before adding any more articles.
I'm not saying that the site isn't important to the people of the region, but you have not included enough information for other readers not familiar with Iran to understand its importance. Did a historical event occur there? Is there something exceptional about the house?
I would suggest including the house and lake in the article that already exists on Kermanshah or Kermanshah Province. Both of those articles are great places to list minor geographical features or tourist spots.
Also, editors are not allowed to remove speedy deletion flags, as you did today. That is an administrator's job. If you don't like the deletion flag, your job is to place {{hangon}} at the top of the article so that an administrator can review the page.
If you have questions, please leave me a message on my talk page. I will gladly do what I can to assist.
Thank you,
-- TomXP411[Talk] 16:17, 20 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Almas khan of Kandooleh
I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Almas khan of Kandooleh, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. [edit] Ardashir Keshavarz
Another editor has added the {{prod}}
template to the article Ardashir Keshavarz, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}}
template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. BJBot (talk) 04:00, 2 March 2008 (UTC)
