Dr. Rahimi Boroujerdi was born in Tehran in 1956. After finishing his high school diploma in mathematics from Adib high school of Tehran, he went to USA to pursue his studies in 1974. In USA, he received a B.A. in economics and M.A. in political economy from California state university in 1980 and 1982 respectively. In 1988, he obtained his PhD degree in international economics from Kansas state university (USA). At present he teaches international trade, international finance and international economics courses at undergraduate and graduate levels at the university of Tehran. He is an economist, writer and activist. He has published more than 17 books and 50 articles. His view can be found in his web page:
