Rahman Harper (born December 17, 1976), aka Rock, is the Season 3 winner of Hell's Kitchen and is now the Head Chef at Terra Verde Restaurant in the Green Valley Ranch resort and spa.
Rock is a repeat guest Chef for KVVU-TV, Fox 5 Las Vegas, where he cooks live for the holidays and other occasions. He is a 1996 graduate of the College of Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University.

Rock was the host of the 4th Annual Bermuda Gourmet Getaway.[1]

In 2007, Rock recorded a Public Service Announcement for the National Breast Cancer Foundation at the KWNR radio station in Las Vegas, Nevada. The PSA was for the Pink Ribbon Challenge 2007.
Rock participated in the Signature Chefs of Las Vegas Event at The Venetian in support the March of Dimes.
In December 2007 Rock visited students at Anacostia Senior High School & Ballou Senior High School to talk about overcoming adversity and also spoke to the culinary arts students at T.C. Williams High School.
