Now that I have figured out how to make an infobox template, I'm going to try and put character infoboxes in for all the articles concerning Honor Harrington characters.

I am currently involved in the Society for Creative Anachronism at a local level, mostly I practice Rapier fighting and I am currently practicing in the Capo Ferro school of swordfighting. I used to work at various science fiction conventions around Texas, most notably AggieCon (where I was the Dealers' Room Director for the 2005-2006 year). I write science fiction short stories as a hobby, and I'm working on a sort of alternate-history sci-fi story.

I used to contribute to the Maroon Weekly, a local weekly news-ish publication in College Station, Texas, and during the summer of 2005, I was a newsdesk writer for the Battalion, the student newspaper for Texas A&M University. I am a regular poster on the Straight Dope Message Boards and the Metaquotes Livejournal community. I am currently an Airman First Class in the United States Air Force. Other than that, most that there is to know about me as far as Wikipedians would care can be seen in my userpics to the right here.
