Talk:Raghupati Raghava Raja Ram

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

who wrote the song Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram

A: Usually it is ascribed as "traditional" next to a song. This means the first person to come up with it and use it has been lost, many times in india (especially vedas and upanishads) the author did not sign a name, feeling that it was the divine speaking through him. If you really want to know who came up with it chant it and see what happens!

[edit] Spelling?

"Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram" or "Raghupati Raghava Raja Ram"? This article is spelled without the additional 'a', but I notice the second version, with "Rahgava", more frequently.  priyanath talk 20:14, 16 November 2007 (UTC)

Okay, the two articles have been merged. Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram moved (i.e. renamed), and Raghupathi Raghava Rajaram redirected (and one tidbit from there added to the merged article.) rudra (talk) 03:43, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
