[edit] Lance on the Ragabee

I think it's awesome that Lance Armstrong rode on Ragbrai. Somebody once called Ragbrai "The Bastardized Tour de France." Not any more! It will be exciting to see if Lance's celebrity friends join the ride next year. If so, the front of the pack will never be the same! But I doubt if Lance and his buds will be at the back of the pack, waking at the crack of 10:30, drinking the brunch of champions at world headquarters (Casey's), spending the hottest and rainiest parts of the days bellied up to the great tiny bars along the route, and riding under the stars. They'll be missing out on the best flavors of Ragbrai...
