Dr. Raghuvansh Prasad Singh (born June 6, 1946) is a member of the 14th Lok Sabha of India. He represents the Vaishali constituency of Bihar and is a member of the Rashtriya Janata Dal. He is currently the Union Cabinet Minister of Rural Development.
