Ragıp Başdağ (born June 9, 1978 in Trabzon, Turkey) is a Turkish footballer currently playing for Kayserispor. He is playing all position of midfield area. He wears the number 8 jersey.

Ragıp, is a product of Trabzonspor youth system. Since he is being professional for 11 years, he is one of the experienced players. In 2005 Summer, Galatasaray SK attempted to sign him from relegated Sakaryaspor but finally Kayserispor landed him.
