Jesus Rafael Orono (born 1958-08-30 in Patono, Sucre, Venezuela) was a Venezuelan boxer.

Orono turned professional in 1979 and captured the vacant WBC super flyweight title in only his 11th pro fight, with a decision win over Seung Hoon Lee in 1980. He defended the belt three times before losing it to Chul Ho Kim in 1981 by KO. In 1982 he recaptured the title with a rematch TKO win over Chul Ho Kim. He defended the belt three times before losing it to Payao Poontarat by decision in 1983. In 1985 he took on WBA super flyweight title holder Khaosai Galaxy but lost via TKO. He retired in 1988.
