Rafael Coutinho Barcellos dos Santos or simply Coutinho (born March 7, 1984 in Macaé, is a Brazilian Defensive Midfielder. He currently plays for Botafogo on loan from Tombense-MG until December 2009.
Made 1st team and professional debut aged 19 for Vasco in the 2-1 win over Coritiba on 25th September 2003. Scored 1st senior goal in the Rio Derby against Flamengo on 11th April 2004.
