/sb /test2 hi matt,
welcome!!
i am also a newbie here, also interested to edit some of the tekno pages. i already edited the freetekno, teknival, free tekno, spiral tribe, free party pages and as time permits would like to add much more to the free tekno musical genre page and expand the teknival entry to a full one with sections. maybe we can work a bit together? drop me a line if interested! [edit] tekno changes
greets to another late-night internet user!
well, i am still immersed in tekno culture but more interested in breakcore and noize nowadays, but it seems to me the tekno pages need a bit of work ....
i dont have any concrete plans really, except updating the teknival page and changing the free tekno page into a page about the musical genre ... im basically changing things where i feel like they are needed, if you wanna check my changes and add your own then that would be cool! discussion of these things is also great ... i will drop you a line if something occurs to me ... on a moment's reflection i can ask you:
do you know how to add the musical genre boxes as at the bottom of the breakcore page (the breakcore page is really well done actually) and/or how to include free tekno in those boxes?
i am thinking to change the link for free tekno just to tekno, then list free tekno alongside the other alternative names. what do you think?
feel like adding producers/labels to the free tekno page?
is free tekno dead? i could list more recent producers but maybe they arent making tekno... im not sure here...
these pages are the ones im currently looking at:
free party freetekno free tekno teknival
cheers! Mujinga 03:49, 7 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Free Parties
Hi Rex, I've finally signed up to wikipedia but was me who requested the NPOV on the above article. Have been to a fair few free parties in my time in the UK and Europe so will be adding anything I can think of to improve them. I disagee with the guy above that the two should be merged as the UK and European scene have enough differences that at least the English Wiki should have seperate sections.
Would be happy to discuss any way of improving the articles with you.

- Cool, I really feel like the article is still lacking and would like to put down more on what a free party actually is. I am unsure with the freetekno as the two do seem to be so similar that it would be nice if they could be linked but then maybe the Canadian / European scene deserves separate attention, umm, still not sure but cool and thanks for the NPOV tag, kicked me into action for a bit 8-).Rex the first 00:24, 7 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] List_of_free_party_sound_systems
Hoi Raerth,
The List_of_free_party_sound_systems is a candidate for deletion here. I thought I would drop you a line about it as perhaps you are interested to join the debate.

[edit] Henning Svensson
Well, you are right, this player has not played a single match in this Olympic tournament. But he has played 20 full international games for Sweden! The only problem is, that I am working on Olympic games and all the information I have is added - hopping there will be same Swedish football fans in our big wikipedia family who will expand this player from the football side. (Like others have done this before to e.g. the Danish players from this tournament) So I have added all relevant categories. Please understand, that I can not do all alone and I also do not know everything. And please don't worry, that this is a football player, this is a chance. I have done the same for e.g. water polo players or rowers. Form time to time Olympians are also military peronal, politicans, royals or war victims. Mercifully other users like to help from this point of view. Thank you and :) Doma-w 23:20, 20 May 2007 (UTC)
- No, I think, that person was "only" a football player, but with 20 caps in the 1910s he was a hero. ;) Nevertheless thanks and :) Doma-w 00:13, 21 May 2007 (UTC)

- Nominating a perfectly legitimate article literally two minutes after its creation doesn't help people who are trying to create an encyclopedia, Raerth. How about giving the people who actually create articles just a bit of breathing space? This chap was a full international with twenty caps, the AfD discussion clearly shows the consensus on this now and perhaps a bit more research, or even patience, on your part wouldn't go amiss? The consensus on Wikipedia seems to be that every Olympian is notable, no matter how 'pointless' you see this as being. Nick mallory 14:05, 22 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Tagging things on CSD
Please watch what you tag, and tag them using the correct deletion reason. Tax Mantra which you tagged as {{db-bio}} (A7) should have been tagged as {{db-spam}} (G11). Cheers! —— Eagle101Need help? 22:50, 22 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Lasse Gjertsen
Hello! Actually the on NRK (the article that the information about the amount of viewers is referred to) says that ALL of his videos has been watched over 10 million times in total... Nothing about the amount of "Hyperactive".... Regards, Mizze86 17:34, 15 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Flood
Hi there - I created the Flood_(2006_film) article last night, and hadn't realised that there was already an article in place. Also wasn't aware of the naming convention you refer to. I'll merge them as you suggest. Best wishes, jamesgibbon 21:58, 30 July 2007 (UTC)
