Thanks for adding a history section to the Okanagan article, it really filled it out! Roleypolinde 17:43, 24 Mar 2005 (UTC)

You're welcome. It was part of a project for my Geography of BC course. I thought I might as well add it here. RadRafe 17:49, 24 Mar 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Same School?

Hey RadRafe, I noticed you go to UNBC. As a matter of fact, I go there as well. Isn't that a coincidence?

Hey, neat! Care to add yourself to the list of Wikipedians by alma mater? Oh, and other lists, if you want. —RadRafe

[edit] Santorini

You recently removed maps "until the infringement issue is resolved". Since there is no mention of such an issue at the Talk:Santorini page, would you post a sentence or so with a hyperlink to discussion of infringement? Thank you. (Copy to Talk:Santorini) --Wetman 8 July 2005 16:10 (UTC)

At issue was the map image itself, Image:Santorini map.gif, which had a copyvio notice on it. The notice says the image shouldn't be used in any articles, so I removed it from Santorini. The image has since been deleted, apparently, so I can see why you were concerned. —RadRafe 9 July 2005 09:31 (UTC)

[edit] iMac peer review

Hi there, RadRafe

I see that you've contributed to the Apple computer article. I've recently edited the iMac article and put it up for peer review; but beyond owning an iMac, and loving it, I have little in-depth knowledge on the topic, historically or technically. I wonder whether you have time to read it and add your critical comments at the peer review page? Tony 08:36, 7 September 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Template:Peak oil

Thank you for helping to expand {{Peak oil}} by adding a link to Out of Gas. Unfortunately, that is a red link. Currently, Category:Peak oil books lists only three books. There are many books about Peak oil, but it appears only three of them have articles on Wikipedia yet. The author of Out of Gas is David Goodstein, who does have an article on Wikipedia. Unless you plan to write an article for Out of Gas, I would prefer not to add red links to the Peak oil template. A more useful link would be to add David Goodstein to the "People" group of the template; then people could actually get some information from the link about this author and his work. Let me know what you think. --Teratornis (talk) 22:38, 27 February 2008 (UTC)

I added David Goodstein to {{Peak oil}} since we have an article on him, and I commented out the red link to Out of Gas. I will check out a copy from my local library and see if I can start an article for that book, and then add the (working) link back to the template. --Teratornis (talk) 22:25, 1 March 2008 (UTC)
