Talk:Radio-controlled drifting

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This page is essentially a walkthrough. Someone who knows the sport really needs to edit it to a more neutral view and change the linkage to reference style. I would do it but for the most part, I don't know much about the sport Cole 04:51, 22 June 2007 (UTC)

Not to mention that it is written as a personal narrative. I've been researching RC drifting, so I should be able to fix this article in a day or two... and by fix I mean rewrite from the ground up. Dracc 23:26, 8 July 2007 (UTC)

Looking through it as well. Currently examining the XMODS system myself. Will continue to play with the article as my state of knowledge grows. Considering creating sections for commercial (XMODS) and hobbyist brands. Bokonyoron 16:52, 14 July 2007 (UTC)

Part of the section "What Tires to Use" seems to by a direct copy of the copyrighted works from the article it links to. XB-70 02:55, 9 September 2007 (UTC)

I have just gone through the article and edited it as best as I could. There is a lot of advertising that I have removed, and since the article was mostly constituted of ads, the article needs expansion now. Leedeth 23:01, 22 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Move

I have moved the page to correct a capitalization error: In "Controlled" changed "C" to lowercase "c", per WP:TITLE. Leedeth 22:16, 22 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] External links

I am deleting the external links from the article as they appear to be advertisement. I have moved them here in case they have some use. I've deleted the dead links.

I have added a direct link to an R/C drifting FAQ that I believe provides useful information. R/C Drifting FAQ Leedeth 23:19, 22 September 2007 (UTC)

I believe these links should be reinstated as they provide usefull links to forums full of information. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jonomayo (talkcontribs) 09:05, 23 November 2007 (UTC)
