As part of the Notability wikiproject, I am trying to sort out whether this topic is notable enough to have its own article. The article is a very short stub (without much context given) and has been unexpanded for a long time. I wouldn't know much more to do with it than redirect it to Sound; perhaps someone of you knows a better merge target?
