I removed the following text from the article:
- According to the company Web site, Killam treated his employees with "respect and consideration; stand by them in adversity and need; be loyal to them, and expect them to be equally loyal to you; pay a fair day's wage for a fair day's work — one without the other will not work."[1]
It’s a quote from the individual and/or his company’s website, so it presents, at best, a conflict of interest. (What company is going to say "we really screwed over our employees to maximize our profit.”?) — Bellhalla (talk) 16:34, 12 February 2008 (UTC)
