Radwan Al Shakouri

Radwan Al Shakouri is a citizen of Morocco who was held in extrajudicial detention in the United States Guantanamo Bay detention camps, in Cuba.^[1] His Guantanamo Internee Security Number is 499. Joint Task Force Guantanamo analysts report that he was born on February 12, 1972, in Asafi, Morocco.

Radwan al Shakouri was named inconsistently on official Department of Defense documents. One of th allegations on the Summary of Evidence memo prepared for Laacin Ikrassin, another Moroccan, justified his continued detention because he associated with Radwan Shokuri and Yuunis Shokuri.^[2]:
