Radnor-Winston, Baltimore

Radnor-Winston is a small community centered near the intersection of York Road and Winston Ave in northern Baltimore, Maryland, USA. The community association is named the Radnor-Winston Community Association and it has applied and received permission to have residential parking permits issued to its members as the result of the proliferation of students from Loyola College parking in the neighborhood.

According to the 2000 US Census, 605 people live in Stonewood-Pentwood-Winston with 38% African-American and 55.4% White. The median household income is $34,643 and 94.5% of the houses are occupied. [1]
