This is a comprehensive discography of Radiohead, an English alternative rock band from Oxfordshire. Radiohead are composed of Thom Yorke (lead vocals, rhythm guitar, piano, electronics), Jonny Greenwood (lead guitar, other instruments), Ed O'Brien (guitar, backing vocals), Colin Greenwood (bass guitar, synthesisers) and Phil Selway (drums, percussion). They have released seven studio albums, 25 singles, 11 EPs, and one box set. The band have sold 23 million albums worldwide.

Note: The U.S. Modern Rock chart is based on radio airplay alone. "Let Down", "Optimistic", "Bodysnatchers", and "House of Cards", which entered this chart, were never released as retail singles. They are listed here because they broke that chart and are listed on the band's entry at Billboard's website and for completion purposes. "Lucky" was also a radio promo single, but it did not chart. It is also listed here for completion purposes. "Creep" also re-entered the UK Singles Chart at #37 in June 2008 after the release of Radiohead: The Best of and the subsequent release of the band's back catalog on iTunes.
