Radio Interface Layer

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Radio Interface Layer (RIL) is an API used by Windows Mobile devices to use radio functions on GSM/GPRS and CDMA 1x networks.

RIL consists of two major components: a RIL driver that processes AT commands, and a RIL proxy that arbitrates between clients allowing them to use a single RIL driver.
