This spider chart represents the allocated versus budgeted spending for a given organization.

A radar chart, also known as a spider chart or star chart, is a two-dimensional chart of three or more quantitative variables represented on axes starting from the same point. The relative position and angle of the axes is uninformative.

Radar charts are usually used to compare performance of different entities on a same set of axes.
