Česky: Vlajka města Radnice, okres Rokycany. List praporu tvoří zelené pole ve tvaru zeleného rovnoramenného trojúhelníku s vrcholem v dolním žerďovém rohu, bílé středové kosé pole s rožmberskou červenou růží z městského znaku uprostřed a červené pole ve tvaru rovnoramenného trojúhelníku v horním vlajícím cípu. Šířka bílého pole je na horním a dolním okraji listu rovna jedné třetině délky listu.
