Racing Steps Foundation

The Racing Steps Foundation, abbreviated as RSF, is a organization founded by Graham Sharp in 2008 with former Formula One driver John Surtees as the ambassador for the organization. RSF aids young British racing drivers in the junior categories of Formula Three, Formula Renault and karting.
Currently, there are four drivers in three different categories being backed by the RSF, they are:
- Oliver Turvey (British Formula Three)
- James Calado (Formula Renault UK
- Jacob Stilp (karting)
- Jake Dennis (karting)
As well as drivers, a number of teams are affiliated with the organization, they include:
- Carlin Motorsport
- Fortec Motorsport
- Zip Young Guns
