Rachel Gordon (born 10 May 1976 in Brisbane, Australia) is an Australian actress.

Rachel is a 1996 graduate of the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) in Sydney, Australia. Since her graduation, she has combined stage acting with various roles in Australian television and films.

In late 2004 Rachel married her partner of 11 years, Scott Johnson (who is also an actor). The two met at NIDA.

Rachel is best known for her role as Detective Senior Constable Amy Fox in the long-running Australian television show Blue Heelers, which she starred in from 2004 to 2006. Rachel appeared in long-running Australian soap Neighbours in 2007 as a villain, Doctor Charlotte Stone an accomplice to spiritualist Terrence Chesterton, played by her real-life husband Scott Johnson. Rachel quickly followed this with Home and Away, playing the estranged mother of Drew Curtis. In 2008 Rachel returned to Home and Away for a second guest stint, yet has since become a full-time recurring cast member.
