Rachel Adair is a character on the soap opera General Hospital. The role was played by Amy Grabow in 2005.

Rachel met Courtney Matthews on a plane from the Bahamas. She listened to Courtney's problems about AJ. Rachel showed up at Courtney's house saying that she killed AJ for her and that she wanted Courtney to kill her ex-lover Steven Lars Webber. Courtney refused. Rachel moved in with Courtney while Courtney tried to put killing Steven off. Rachel poisoned Jax to prove that she was serious about the deal.
It turns out that AJ is not dead, but that Rachel and AJ are working together. Rachel decided she was going to tell the truth about AJ. Before she could, she was shot by Sonny's men. She was in a coma for weeks. When she woke up she was charged with AJ's murder. She tried to tell everyone that AJ was still alive but no one believed her until Courtney heard AJ's voice on the phone. AJ faked his death to avoid being caught for kidnapping Sonny's children.
Rachel witnessed Dr. Asher Thomas go into AJ's hospital room shortly before the coroner pronounced him dead. Rachel told Reese Marshall what she saw. Dr. Thomas thought Rachel would destroy his career. He invited her to his office where he killed her. Her body was found with a note confessing to killing AJ.
