[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Bangkok microzonation map.jpg
Thank you for uploading Image:Bangkok microzonation map.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Sdrtirs (talk) 08:38, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
Hi, I have uploaded the photo Bangkok_microzonation_map.jpg in Seismic microzonation page. The picture is my own creation and I want to release it in public with only two conditions (1) Anyone can use it freely for academic and business use but proper reference should be given to my paper published in http://www3.interscience.wiley.com/journal/106564765/abstract (2) The picture should not be distorted beyond its original purpose meaning it should not be distorted to give any wrong meaning
With these two conditions what copyright tag should i be using?? Rabin (talk) 23:01, 26 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Gyanendra Shah is no more king of Nepal
I was wondering why you reverted my changes in Gyanendra Shah's webpage. He is no more King of Nepal. The ousted Royals might keep the title, but writing him as King of Nepal is completely wrong. And why did you revert "Gyanendra Shah" to "Gyanendra of Nepal". Does that make any sense? In any other biographies do you ever see like that? Why not put President Bush of United States :) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rabs003 (talk • contribs) 08:31, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
- Rabin, he is no longer the reigning King of Nepal but he is still the formerly reigning King of Nepal which means he's still a king nonetheless. Throughout history and even recently formerly reigning (and especially non-abdicated) monarchs are styled and referred to by their former titles and hold them for the remainder of their lives. When Gyanendra dies, his son Paras will not become King of Nepal but will remain Crown Prince. When Paras dies, his son will not become King or Crown Prince of Nepal but will continue to be styled prince. Non-primogeniture titles (that is, titles like prince or princess) continue to be used and inherited by members of formerly reigning families but reigning titles and the like (king, crown prince) are discontinued after the deaths of those individuals until a monarchy is restored (which doesn't happen in most cases. We have a naming convention on the matter which you can see here: WP:NC(NT)#Monarchical titles, number seven. The naming convention reflects actual international precedent. Please also note the following articles on deposed kings who are still living: Constantine II of Greece, Michael I of Romania and also of some deposed heirs: Pavlos, Crown Prince of Greece and Alexander, Crown Prince of Yugoslavia (this man would be king as his father is dead but as I mentioned before his title has "frozen"). I hope this helps and have a good day. Charles 20:50, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
