I'm not sure that is correct. The photo is not hosted on a typical GPO Access page, but on a Public Papers of the Presidents page [2] which is "compiled and published by the Office of the Federal Register, National Archives and Records Administration" and features a "portfolio of photographs selected from White House Photo Office files." [3]. Finally, the link you provide also states: "The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) recognizes GPO as an official archival affiliate for the electronic content on GPO Access. Signed in 2003, the NARA-GPO agreement provides for the permanent preservation and access to the online versions of the Congressional Record, the Federal Register, the Code of Federal Regulations, and other appropriate publications from GPO Access." Disclaimer also says "The information provided on this site is the official, published version and the information retrieved from GPO Access can be used without restriction, unless specifically noted." No specific notation on this image against usage. -Nv8200p talk 16:20, 17 November 2005 (UTC)
