Raşid Pertev

Raşid Pertev is the undersecretary to Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus President Mehmet Ali Talat. As well as an advisor, he also serves as a plenipotentary to Mr. Talat in negotiations. Mr Pertev has just resigned from this position promising to form a party of his own.
