He is also "garantista" and ruled in case during the late 80´s that rape with the lights turned off is not rape. Somebody needs to add info. --San Marcos 08:12, 10 January 2006 (UTC)

Please, give us references. I found this Zaffaroni, no es garantista sino inmoral, but it doesn´t proof your point. It´s clearly an incorrect understandment of the judgde decision. --Patrick-br msg 12:54, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
