Is there any guidance on whether this should / should not be substed? Most cases I've seen aren't substed. Since the category is there for now, I guess it doesn't really matter. Though it's usually not rendered and it otherwise doesn't hurt to leave unsubsted. --Interiot 16:28, 1 November 2006 (UTC)

I say it shouldn't, but it seems Betacommand disagrees, so that is pretty much the end of that – Gurch 17:33, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
