The R323 is a regional road in County Mayo, Ireland. East to west the route connects the town of Kiltimagh to Ballyhaunis. En route it crosses over the N17 National primary route at a grade separated junction in the village of Knock.

The road is in East County Mayo and is 22 km (14 mi) long.
