R.A.C.L.A. (Rime Alese Care Lovesc Adânc, Selected Rhymes That Hit Deeply - originally Rapperi Albi Concep Legal Avertismente, White Rappers Legally Conceive Warnings; racla also means "casket" in Romanian) is a Romanian hip hop group. It was founded in 1993 as the first Romanian rap group and released their first album in 1995, which was the first rap album in Romania. Their founding came after a big hip-hop concert at the Europa Nova, the first hip hop TV channel in South Eastern Europe. They also formed in 1996 an anti-gangsta rap league that was dissolved in 1998. This league was called RAN-S (Răcnetul Agoniei Naţionale - Sindicat, "The National Scream of Agony - Union" ).
