If you look at the heading "full case name" in the infobox you'll see the other party listed as "Her Majesty The Queen", which in law is always abbreviated to "R.". This is the case of all criminal offences which are prosecuted by the government on behalf of the Queen. --PullUpYourSocks 00:33, 2 November 2006 (UTC)
