I moved this page to R. v. Big M Drug Mart Ltd. because this is the most common name of the case. It is even index in the Supreme Court database under that name. Using the full title "Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Canada v. Big M Drug Mart Ltd." is just awkward. Cheers! PullUpYourSocks 23:58, 5 Mar 2005 (UTC)
