R.C. Majumdar (1888-1980) was an Indian historian and Vice-Chancellor of Dacca University. He wrote many important historical works on the history of ancient and medieval India, including on topics like the Freedom movement of India. He was also an admirer of Vivekananda and Ramakrishna.
