This image is a copyrighted and/or trademarked logo that is reproduced here for its encyclopedic value in an article describing the organization which owns the logo. I believe the logo's use in this context is consistent with Wikipedia's non-free content criteria:

1. There is no free equivalent of this logo available.

2. The image does not interfere with any commercial opportunities available to the logo's owner.

3. The logo appears once, and is relatively low-resolution (only 100 by 100 pixels).

4. The logo appears on the organizations website, here: http://readingtokids.org/Home/main.php.

5. The image is encyclopedic and relates directly and centrally to the article in which it appears.

6. The image meets Wikipedia's media-specific policies.

7. As noted, the logo appears in at least one article.

8. The absence of the logo would be detrimental to readers' understanding of the organization described in the article.

9. To my knowledge, the image appears only in an article describing the organization which owns the image.

10. The source of this logo is listed, and its page contains a copyright tag. The logo appears in the Reading to Kids article.
